If you previously added an email for your Two-Factor Authentication method but the box states “Verification code expired…”
Delete all previous emails with verification codes from XPS Ship.
Clear the Cookies and Cached files from your browser.
Open an incognito tab on your browser and enter your username and password on the XPS login page to display the Let's Make Sure It's You popup. (See the bottom of this article if you need help where to find the incognito setting.)
Select your email address from the dropdown.
Click Send Verification Code to send a verification code to your email.
Check your inbox for the verification code and copy it.
Return to the XPS login page and enter the code into the Verification Code field.
If needed, click the Trust this device checkbox to not be asked to complete the two-factor authentication the next time you log in using the same device. You also have the option to add a device nickname such as “Workstation 1”, Warehouse PC” or whatever you would like.
Click Verify when you are ready to proceed to logging into your XPS Ship account.
Note: If you can successfully enter your 2FA code when using incognito mode but cannot verify it when using your regular browser settings after clearing cookies and cached files, the issue could be related to additional settings, add-ons or extensions on your browser / computer.
Because there are an endless amount of configurations and settings within each browser, including extensions and password managers, we are unable to pinpoint the exact cause.
However, use these additional steps to find the cause:
Try a different browser.
Disable any popup or cookie blockers in the browser.
Turn add blocker off.
Disable any antimalware or antivirus add-on’s that may be causing the issue.
Enter the verification code manually; do not copy and paste.
Run any required updates for the browser and the OS (Windows/Mac).
Reboot the computer.
