I Can't Sign in to XPS Ship

Invalid Name or Password

If you see the "Invalid username or password" error when trying to sign in with an existing account, try one of these solutions to correct it:

  • Verify your email and password: You may have entered the incorrect email address or password, or mistyped your email address or password. Check that you have entered the correct email and password before trying to sign in again. Remember, email addresses are not case-sensitive, but passwords are. If you still cannot sign in, continue troubleshooting below.

  • Reset your password: Select "Forgot your password?" You enter your email and select Request email. If you have not received the email, check additional folders (i.e., spam, junk or promotions) and any email filters you've set up to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.

White Screen or Returns to the Sign-in Page When Trying to Log In

You should troubleshoot if any of these situations arise after entering your login credentials on the website:

  • The page is white.

  • The page is blank.

  • The page returns to the sign-in page.

Troubleshooting

  • Try a different browser; if another browser lets you sign in successfully, you should clear the XPS Ship cookies in the original browser. If you are still getting the white or blank page or if it returns to the sign-in page, continue with the steps below.

  • Restart the computer or device you are using to access the website, and try again. If you are still getting the white or blank page, continue with the steps below.

  • Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on. If your router is separate from your modem, plug it in and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

  • Make sure you're connected to the internet and have a stable connection, then try again.
