If you are getting the message “Error getting eBay orders: Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application. - 932” this is due to authorization in eBay expiring. To resolve the error you will need to reconnect your eBay integration.
Reconnect Your eBay Integration to XPS
Select Dashboard from the navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom to Ecommerce Integrations, and select your eBay integration.
At the bottom select Reconnect Integration.
A new tab will open. Sign into your eBay account.
After signing in to your account, eBay will prompt you to grant RSIS eCommerce access to your eBay account. Click I agree to proceed.
A notification will open stating The authorization has successfully completed, close that window.
Your eBay store is now connected, orders will start syncing and will appear in the shipping area, this may take a few minutes.
