After scheduling a FedEx or UPS pickup you can find the Pickup Confirmation Number either through the Pickups tab or on the History/Track tab next to every shipment.
Select the Pickups tab.
On the right side of the page, you will see the Recently Scheduled Pickups.
History/Track Tab
Click the History/Track tab.
Locate the shipment from the list or use the search at the top of the page to find the shipment. The Pickup Confirmation Number is located under the tracking number for each shipment. If there is no pickup scheduled for the order, the area will remain blank.
The Pickup Confirmation Number can also be seen in the shipment details page.
