In XPS Ship, there is a link to the USPS Website where you can schedule a pickup. In addition, USPS uses a scan form to quickly allow your packages to be processed through a USPS facility. The scan form allows them to update all the shipments you generate that day with a single scan instead of processing each, one at a time. Click the Pickups tab.
Click the option Schedule a Pickup on USPS.com on the right side.
You will be taken to the USPS website where you will fill out all the information required and schedule a pickup. There will be several screens of information needed and at the bottom of the last page will be the button to Schedule a Pickup.
