If you are missing orders in XPS when using QuickBooks Desktop, with no error showing it could be an issue with the connection to the Web Connector. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Restart your computer and open QuickBooks. Be sure to log in as an administrator or have an administrator grant your login permission.
Open the QuickBooks Web Connector and select Update Selected.
Return to XPS and click the re-sync icon in the pending orders queue from the Ship screen. It may take a few minutes to refresh.
