At times it may be necessary to delete a CSV order. The CSV upload can be deleted given the orders within the CSV have not been shipped.
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select CSV Uploads.
You will see a list of files uploaded. If you need to delete a file that has been uploaded, click the Red X at the far right of the order.
A confirmation popup will ask you if you are sure you want to delete the file.
Click OK to delete the upload. At the top of the page, you will see a message indicating how many orders were deleted.
