Integrating your XPS Ship account with FoxyCart allows your customers’ orders to be directly transferred from FoxyCart to your profile, providing quick and easy shipping. Orders will be marked as “Shipped” and include the tracking number in the transaction details. You can configure your FoxyCart integration to send your customers a tracking number once the shipping label has been generated.
Setup
Before starting, you will need your Foxy.io credentials. Once you have this information, proceed with the following steps.
Make sure you have Product Categories set up in your FoxyCart admin page for the transactions you want to appear in XPS Ship. XPS Ship will only pull transactions for products that are marked as “Shipped using live shipping rates” or “Shipped using a flat rate fee”.
Add a FoxyCart Integration
Open a new browser window and log in to your XPS Ship Account.
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select eCommerce Integrations.
Click Add eCommerce Integration.
Select Foxy.IO.
General Settings:
Add an Integration Name, “FoxyCart” will be the default, but it can be changed to anything you’d like.
Send Confirmation Email- Check the box if you want to have a confirmation email sent when orders are fulfilled.
By default, the Active box will be checked.
Check the box if you want to Skip address Pre-Verification on orders.
Check the box “Include Packing slips in confirmation email” if you’d like the packing slips included with the confirmation email once labels have been generated.
FoxyCart Settings
Don't Retrieve Item Attributes- Select this option if you do not wish to import the Item Attributes.
Additional settings are available related to the Sender Address and Return To Address. Edit if necessary to your integration.
When finished, select Connect Integration.
You are redirected to the FoxyCart site and see a prompt to log in. Enter your credentials and click Sign In.
You will see a prompt to authorize a connection to the Webship app by Rock Solid Internet Systems, click Authorize app.
You are redirected back to XPS Ship and see a message that your Foxy.io integration has been set up successfully.
Your FoxyCart store is now connected, orders will start syncing and will appear in the shipping area.
