Integrating your XPS Ship account with eBay allows your customers’ orders to be directly transferred from eBay to your profile, providing quick and easy shipping. Orders will be marked as “Shipped” on eBay and will send a tracking number once the shipping label has been generated. The steps below will guide you through the process of integrating your XPS Ship account with eBay.
Add an eBay Integration
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select eCommerce Integrations.
Click Add eCommerce Integration.
Select eBay.
General Settings
Add an Integration Name, “eBay” will be the default, but it can be changed to anything you’d like.
Send Confirmation Email **eBay does not allow third-party apps like XPS Ship to send email or text notifications directly to customers.**
By default, the Active box will be checked.
Check the box if you want to Skip address Pre Verification on orders.
Include Packing slips in confirmation email **eBay does not allow third-party apps like XPS Ship to send email notifications directly to customers.**
eBay Settings
Check the box if you want to Load item dimensions from eBay
Set the number of days that orders will be loaded for. The default is 14 days, but you can set it to as many as 30 days.
Additional settings are available related to the Sender Address and Return To Address. Edit if necessary to your integration.
When you are finished, select Connect Integration.
A new tab will open. Sign into your eBay account.
After signing in to your account, eBay will prompt you to grant RSIS eCommerce access to your eBay account. Click I agree to proceed.
A notification opens to say “The authorization has successfully completed”, close that window.
When the integration is saved, you see that the connection has been established at the top of the page.
Orders start syncing and appear in the shipping area, this may take a few minutes.
