Order tags can be used to add a Tag to orders making it easier to filter for those specific orders while in the Batch screen or on the report exported from the History/Track Tab. One example would be if you needed to identify the orders containing back-ordered items and were not ready to ship yet.
Creating Order Tags
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select Order Tag Customization.
Click Add Tag.
Enter the name for the tag and select a color from the dropdown.
Next, click Save Tags.
A message will be displayed at the top of the screen:
Return to the Batch tab.
You can filter for the orders you would like to add notes to. In the example below the filter is for orders that contain SKU "0711".
Click the checkbox next to the dropdown arrow to select all orders with that filter applied.
Click Set Order Tags and check which tags you would like to apply to the selected orders.
Select Save Changes when done. The tags you applied to the select orders will now show in the Batch list.
