How to Add an Order to a Batch Manually


If you want to add in orders manually so that you can batch and edit the shipping details of multiple orders or in combination with an integration you can do so through the batch screen or the address book options. The steps below will go through each process.


Add an Order to a Batch Manually through the Batch screen

Click the Batch tab.

Click the 3 dots at the top of the Orders List and select +Create Order from the dropdown.


The Add Order pop up will be displayed. Enter in the order details.

Recipient

  • Name

  • Address details

  • Phone

  • Email

Line Items (Optional)

  • SKU

  • Item Name

  • Quantity

  • Price

If you have multiple items click +Add Line Item to add additional items.

When complete, click Add New Order at the bottom.


Create a Manual Batch through the Address Book

To add manual orders using addresses saved in your address book follow the steps below.

Click the Address Book tab.

Click the checkbox next to the contact name(s) you would like to create orders for.


After selecting the addresses, click the 3 dots at the top of the list and select Ship to Selection.

The Add Line Items popup will be displayed. Enter in the order details. Enter the SKU, Name, Quantity, and Price. If you have multiple items click +Add Line Item to add the additional items. When complete, click Create (#) Orders.

If you have Simple Inventory enabled or Commodities entered, you can add the saved items from Commodities by typing in the SKU. To learn more about these options visit: How to Add Commodities or Simple Inventory Management.

You will be redirected to the Batch screen with a message that the orders were created.

You will now be able to select and edit the manually created orders.

Note: The Batch tab will show up to 50 orders at a time. To view more orders select the page number from the drop-down menu, Previous Page, or Next Page option. These options will show at the top and bottom of the orders list.
